Glossary of Scientific Terms
Apoptosis
A naturally regulated biological process through which cells undergo programmed cell death as part of normal development, tissue maintenance, and cellular turnover. Bioactive Molecules

Cell Viability
A laboratory measurement describing the proportion of cells that remain biologically intact under defined analytical conditions. Chemokines

Collagen

Cryobiology

Cryopreservation

Cytokines

Extracellular Matrix (ECM)

Growth Factors

Histology

Post-Thaw Assessment
