Licensed healthcare professionals and institutional operators may request a structured consultation regarding regulatory classification, documentation transparency, and framework alignment within 21 CFR Part 1271.

This consultation is intended to support understanding of regulatory criteria such as minimal manipulation, homologous use, and classification pathways including Section 361 vs Section 351.

Consultation Scope

Consultations are limited to regulatory education and documentation review considerations. Discussions may include:
